David helped me out with a rather unique tax situation. Despite it being the middle of tax season, he responded quickly and turned around my request very quickly.

I was actually overseas when I had initially contact them for assistance, they were very quick to set up a time to call and speak with me hear my questions and concerns. When I returned to the area I was quickly set up with an appointment to meet with David and talk about what I needed in more detail.
